I might not know which festival you enjoy the most. But I do know that just like me you find it difficult to manage your weight during holidays, especially during Diwali.
But who can blame us? In India, we have Diwali ke mitthaiyaan. Eid wali Biryani, Christmas wala Plump Cake & the moment we look at them, all our weight loss goals fail. But you know what? At the end all of these Indian festivals, I still come out happy, healthy and well-fed.
So in this video, I share with you, 10 quick tips on how you can stay healthy during holidays!
With Diwali around the corner, we just cannot wait to meet our loved ones, enjoy delicious sweets, burn some crackers [or may be not :)] and just chill. Whatever it is, remember that Diwali is the time to cherish. So instead of worrying about those extra calories and finding those crackers, spend time with your family and friends, enjoy maa ke hath ka khana, relax, bond with your siblings and just have fun!
